Szeretném megosztani veletek azt az angol versemet, ami nagyon sokat jelent számomra, ami én vagyok, és ami a Partiumi Keresztény Egyetem által meghirdetett I like/I don’t like témájú Creative Writing Contest-en első helyezést ért el.

I don’t like the outcome…

I don’t like being a lot, the tough,
To fight the wars I’ve already fought,
But I like to complain, to yell and whine,
To say the things I believe in and like,
To give myself to the fullest,
Even if I come out as the uncoolest.
I don’t like being told what to do,
I don’t like being told what I already knew,
And even though I’m clueless otherwise,
I don’t like feeling and being despised.

I don’t like fearing the change,
the feeling of something new and strange,
But I like being the one that always cares.
And even though I don’t like to share,
And would rather take things to my grave,
I like to complain, to yell and whine,
To say the things I believe in and like,
And I hate to say, but I may,
Those, who live life to the fullest,
are the ones that come out the coolest.
